    Vintage Quaker State Fender Apron Pad 35x23 in.  This is just been sitting around my house or garage for the last 35 years or so. Is not in its original packaging. I'm selling it as used because as you can see from the pictures it has some wrinkles because it's been folded for so long. I do not see any cuts in the vinyl at all.
