Up for bid and for your consideration is a Quaker State For Longer Engine Life, mechanic protector fender guard apron pad.
This is a nice piece for your petroliana collection or even a great useful fender guard for your garage!
The details:
The mat measures about 25 inches tall, 34 inches wide.
It is marked: Quaker State For Longer Engine Life with a Q and lines above it. On the left side in small letters it reads: "Made in the USA" and on the right: Eppco Enterprises Inc., Cleveland, Ohio 44121".
The top side is green vinyl with the lettering in white, and the bottom is a very textured black vinyl. There is black vinyl edging sewn all the way around.
The shape is roughly rectangular with rounded corners. There are two standing seams sewn across the width near the top. This is the part you would lay across the fender and holds it in place.
Overall, this mechanics pad is in nice condition but has probably been folded for a long time and would probably take a while of lying flat to ease the creases out of the vinyl.
The "u" in quaker has a mark on the paint where the crease is, and there is a small wear mark on the back lower left, otherwise this mat is really nice!
