No marking to indicate the maker.
This are used kids stirrups for a western saddle - they were upgraded to bigger stirrups - they have some worn spots - dirt, just good old barn yard on them - under the wrap is wood and metal - all they need is some love and old and they can be used again - look at the pictures for the size.
