Pro Ace Racer Pedals were produced in the 70's - 80's as high-end pedals and were strong competition and very similar in component, quality and construction to the more expensive Campagnolo Nuovo Record pedals, all the way down to the rifling on the crank end of the spindle to screw dirt while in spin.
Although the box is torn and aged, it did its job of protecting the pedals.
