Finally a light built for the sole purpose of growing massive amounts of macro-algae like cheatomorpha.  By having a powerful refuguim light algae will prefer to grow in your fuge rather than your display.  You truly get the best of both worlds, nutrient reduction from the macro-algae in your fuge and less algae in your display.
The heavy red lighting helps increase the rate of photosynthesis leading to quicker growth and nutrient uptake, but the red light is not all that is needed. Aqua Illumination also includes two cool while and a single UV LED to create a balanced spectrum that is ideal to maximize algae growth.
The Aqua Illumination Prime Fuge 16HD includes BLE onboard wireless control through the MyAi App that can be used with any smartphone or tablet.
