    Description

    This document is a stock certificate for 125 shares of Allied Stores Corporation common stock.  It was issued September 20, 1971 and is signed by  the companies' Chairman of the Board and its Secretary.  It is beautifully engraved with a gold border and adorned with the familiar Allied Stores logo.  The document is about 8 by 12 inches in size and is in very fine or better condition.  The photo seems to show some prominent creases or wrinkles on it, especially in the upper right corner.  In fact, those are slight ripples, but the magnification of the photo and shadowing effect, makes, what is almost not visible, look severe.
