294-2382 CAT Latch Handle Caterpillar 2942382 REPLACES 1771570

Description

This is an aftermarket latch that will replace part number 294-2382.  Caterpillar has replaced 177-1570 latches with this latch plus a different cam (pawl).  I also have the aftermarket pawl for .00 each.  If you need both, please email me, and I will start a listing with the latch and the pawl that you need.
There are two main differences between this one and the one from the "yellow" store.  First, and most obvious is, this one is black, not yellow.  Second difference is that this one uses a generic key (not a CAT key).  All of these are keyed the same, so if you need multiple latches, they will all be keyed the same.
